On Thursday morning, I realized that my shower drain appeared clogged. I messaged Vinny and explained the problem. Within minutes, Vinny responded and assured me that my problem would be fixed that day. By the time I returned home from work, the problem had been fixed. Although this was an excellent experience, it's not out of the ordinary for Vinny. Anytime I have an issue, he gets the problem fixed within 48 hours MAX! It's extremely comforting to know that someone like Vinny is around to ensure any problem I come across gets dealt with promptly, professionally, and completely.
I lived at Northfield Townhouses for 4 fours and it was truly enjoyable. I enjoyed coming home to the lovely landscaped property and having a garage close to my apartment was a plus. Summertime was really fun with the pool and everyone grilling. The Master bedroom was very large and I enjoyed the basement which I made my mancave. My wife and I enjoyed the prompt service for maintenance and she would not step foot outside until the snow was removed, which happened pretty quickly. The location is nice and the neighbors are friendly. We enjoyed West Orange so much...???.until we decided to buy our own home. You won't be disappointed if you choose to make this your next residence. Special shoutout to Jay and his team. Thanks for 4 great years. DK
Arben and all of the staff at Blair House have been kind and helpful from the moment I moved in. I had one issue with my heat and they immediately solved the issue that morning! Highly recommend Blair House!
I just wanted to recognize Madison Arms maintenance associate Manny Vasquez. On two separate occasions in the past week when I had major problems with my apartment's heating system, Manny responded promptly and was able to repair the system and keep it operating until your company's outside heating contractor could respond and thoroughly inspect and permanently repair the system. Manny's friendly and efficient responses are certainly not unusual, as I have experienced similar positive work from him in the past. He is a credit to your operation, and I wanted you to know how very much I appreciate and value his efforts.
