Lead Maintenance
Property:  Highgate Location:  Ewing, NJ Position Type:  Apartment Community (Service Maintenance)
Essential Functions: Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the community. Grounds maintenance, basic electrical and carpentry skills a must! Job functions are listed below, but not limited to: Blind Installation Replace and Repair Faucets, Showerheads and Toilets Light Fixture Assembly Repair / paint walling, and repairs masonry, woodwork and furnishings Cabinet and Counter Installation Snow Removal Responsible for “turns” including painting and minor repair work. Implements and receives preventative maintenance Completes service requests submitted by tenants in a timely manner Preventive Maintenance and Inspections of grounds, trash and recycling removal and the cleaning of and dumpster areas. Additionally, responsible for the following: Informs supervisor of any pertinent resident issues or concerns. Keeps equipment clean and in good working order. Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents and the achievement of safe working practices Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and co-workers. Adheres to all policies and procedures. Performs all other duties as assigned. Hours: 40 hours per week Reports to: Residential Manager
